Users Labels

When new User is added at System->Configuration->Users->Add a User,he/she is assigned a user's function by default. Loan Performer allows you to change the way the user's functions labels are named.

How to change the User labels

To change user labels you go to System->Configuration->Define Labels->Users. A screen will appear looking as follows:

'Supervisor' as: To change the way the Supervisor’s label is named, click in the adjacent text box and enter the appropriate label, e.g., “Monitoring Officer”.

Note that the same can be done for the other functional labels including Branch Manager, Cashier, Credit Officer, Savings Officer, Accountant, Teller, Clerk, Accounts Assistant and Assistant Manager.

Default: If you have changed any labels and want to revert, click on the Default button and all users labels will be displayed with their original values.

Click on the Save button to effect the changes and on the Close to exit.
